- 022: Keep the Monsters Out of Your Margins.
Every great business has its share of scary stories, and one of the sneakiest little villains in the service-based business world is the Payroll Creep. You know the one. It starts small, hiding in plain sight. A few extra coaching hours here, an admin task that somehow took three hours instead of one there, maybe a last-minute sub or two that never made it into the spreadsheet. Next thing you know, your margins are shrinking, and it’s not because of a slow season. That’s where payroll cost centers come to the rescue. We rolled these out a while back, and it was a total game changer. Just this week, our ops meeting kicked off with a question about rising payroll costs at one of our locations. Instead of panic, we pulled up the cost centers, and boom, there was our answer. When you track payroll by category, like Training, Coaching (even by program), Cleaning, Events, and Parties, you don’t just see where the money’s going; you start to understand why. Cost centers help you: 🎯 Spot trends and best practices between programs or locations 🧠 Make smarter scheduling and staffing decisions 💪🏽 Keep labor aligned with revenue 🚫 Stop that slow, spooky drain known as the Payroll Creep When you can actually see where your dollars and hours are going, you can coach your business the same way you coach your athletes, with awareness, consistency, and intention. Watching your bottom line isn’t scary. It’s smart. It means you’re protecting your people, your growth, and your future. Until the next mystery, - Casey + The Wright’s & NinjaZone Team PS.. At NinjaZone , we’ve been where you are. We’ve wrestled with the same systems, hit the same roadblocks, and learned a few lessons the hard way. The good news is, you don’t have to. We’ve already spent the time, money, and energy building what works, testing it, and refining it again and again so you can skip the guesswork and focus on what really matters: your athletes, your staff, and your community. If it’s been a while since you’ve seen what NinjaZone’s been cooking lately, now might be the perfect time to take another look. We’re always improving, always learning, and always finding ways to make running your business just a little bit easier (and more fun!). After all, good is the enemy of great. 😉 🎯 Real Talk - Picture it: a dark and stormy night at the gym. The lights flicker, the budget report rustles, and someone whispers, “Something’s haunting our margins…” The gang grabs their flashlights. Velma checks the spreadsheets. Daphne reviews the schedules. Shaggy and Scooby, well, they probably found snacks. Then Fred pulls off the mask and, surprise, it’s the Payroll Creep ! Turns out, it wasn’t a ghost at all. It was a few extra hours here, a forgotten admin project there, and some untracked overtime sneaking around in the dark. The lesson? There’s always a clue. When you track where every dollar and hour really goes, the mystery unravels fast, and your business starts running like a well-tuned Mystery Machine...steady, confident, and ready for the next adventure.
- 021: Why “10% Off” Is Costing You More Than You Think.
This week’s ops meeting got a little spicy. The topic: discounts . When to use them, and who they’re actually for. Here’s where we landed… There’s a big difference between a discount and an offer , and understanding that difference can be the line between growing your bottom line or quietly shrinking your brand. Let’s break it down. Discounts: The Desperate Cousin A discount is reactive . It usually happens when numbers are low, someone’s unhappy, or you just want to be helpful. It sounds like: “I’ll give you 10% off if you sign up today.” or “Let’s knock a little off since you’re enrolling two kids.” It feels generous in the moment, but over time it trains families to wait for the next “deal.” Even worse, it tells them your program wasn’t worth full price in the first place. Offers: The Confident Move An offer is proactive. It’s intentional. It has purpose and boundaries. It sounds like: “Our early bird special ends Friday. Enroll now and get a free camp t-shirt!” or “Stay enrolled through summer and get a free open gym pass every month!” An offer motivates action while protecting your value.A discount feels like a whisper of desperation. When to Use Offers ✅ To create urgency or reward loyalty (early birds, bundles, renewals) To celebrate milestones or holidays To test a new class or time slot When to Avoid Discounts 🚫 To patch short-term enrollment dips To appease a complainer To apologize for something that isn’t your fault The difference is in the why. Discounts say, “We need you.”Offers say, “We’ve built something special, and you’re invited.” At NinjaZone , this mindset runs deep. Uniforms create pride and belonging, not “just another class.” Our tested progress system gives parents confidence in a proven path. Brand consistency across gyms worldwide builds trust before families even walk through the door. That’s how you stay premium. Not by cutting prices, but by adding clarity, confidence, and consistency. This Week’s Challenge Look back at your last few promotions. Were they discounts or offers ? If they leaned toward discounts, reframe the next one with intention. Same incentive. Stronger story. Because when your brand leads with confidence, your pricing can too. The Fix: Don’t discount your worth. The Tool: Plan your promotions and protect your perception. Keep leading like you mean it, -Casey 🎯 Real Talk - When things slow down, it’s easy to think a discount will save the day. But what actually happens? You get a quick bump in sign-ups, a short dopamine hit, and a long-term hit to your perceived value. Families start thinking your program is worth less, when really, it just wasn’t marketed with intention. Discounts solve a moment. Offers build a movement.
- 020: When Growth Slows, Here’s Where to Focus.
For the first time in years, a lot of kids’ activity businesses are seeing enrollment level off, even dip a little. After the massive post-Covid boom, it can feel unsettling. But here’s the thing: dips aren’t a sign of failure . They’re a sign that the environment has shifted, and that’s our cue as leaders to shift with it. So where do you focus when growth slows? Two places: marketing and retention. 1. Marketing - Families need more touches than ever before before making a decision. That means consistent, creative outreach, not just a seasonal push. Social proof matters. Share parent testimonials, student milestones, and your community impact. Show families why you do what you do, not just what you offer. Awareness is ongoing. Short-form videos, local partnerships, and open houses should run year-round, not just in peak enrollment season. 2. Retention - Your best new customer is the one who’s already enrolled. The key question: are parents feeling the value every single week? Retention is built on connection. Coaches who know names. Small celebrations of progress. Clear communication about “what’s next.” Build systems that spotlight growth, like level-ups and shout-outs (even something visual and tangible like a headband works wonders). When families see their kids making progress, they stay longer and share their excitement with others. This is exactly why NinjaZone thrives across different markets. From the first class, new families get a uniform and a creed. Kids feel like they’re stepping into something special. Parents notice the structure, the curriculum, the communication. And because the program is built for consistency, coaches always have tools to keep kids progressing, celebrated, and engaged. That’s retention in action. One of our Midwest licensees shared that when their numbers slowed last year, they leaned hard into retention. More progress celebrations. More coach-parent connection. More consistent communication. The result? They didn’t lose families, they held steady. By the next season, growth returned stronger than before. When numbers dip, it’s tempting to hunt for the "quick fix" or a "big fix". But the most effective move is doubling down on what you can control: the story you tell, the relationships you build, and the systems you refine. Slowdowns don’t have to mean setbacks. With intention, they can be the very thing that makes your business stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for the next wave of growth. Keep going, the market always rewards focus on the fundamentals. Rooting for you, -Casey 🎯Real Talk - A dip in enrollment feels a little like when the Wi-Fi cuts out mid-Zoom call. First there’s panic, then frantic clicking, maybe even yelling at the router like it can hear you. But just like the internet, your connection with families can be reset. That reset comes from the small things: celebrating progress so parents see growth, well trained coaches, and clear communication about what’s coming next. Once you plug those pieces back in and reset - the connection is stronger, faster, and built to last.
- 019: Gets It. Wants It. Capacity to Do It.
Early in my career, I thought hiring was simple. Check the résumé. Confirm the experience. Boom, you’ve got your person. Right? Wrong. Time after time, I watched great-on-paper people crash and burn in real life. They had the background, they had the skills, but something wasn’t clicking. That’s when I was introduced to EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and their deceptively simple tool for evaluating people and roles every quarter: Gets It. Wants It. Capacity to Do It. Let’s unpack that: Gets It – They understand the role, the expectations, and how their work connects to the bigger picture. You don’t have to re-explain the basics every week. (And if you are explaining the same thing every week, you don’t have an employee, you have a very expensive parrot.) Wants It – They genuinely want the job. Not just a paycheck, not just going through the motions. They’re motivated to succeed. You can see the spark. Capacity to Do It – They have the skills, the time, and the emotional bandwidth to actually handle the role. Otherwise, it’s like asking someone to juggle chainsaws when they’re still figuring out tennis balls. Why it matters If one of these is missing, it breaks. No “Gets It”? You’ll drown in clarifying and re-training. No “Wants It”? You’ll give pep talk after pep talk, but it won’t stick. No “Capacity”? They’ll eventually burn out, hard. And here’s the tough love: most of us (me included) have kept someone far too long who was missing one of these. Maybe we liked them. Maybe we thought they would grow into it. Maybe we just didn’t want to face the hard conversation. But the longer we delay, the more it hurts the business and that person’s confidence. On the flip side… When you find someone who Gets It, Wants It, and Has the Capacity, it’s magic. The role stops being a grind and starts looking like flow. That’s when you feel momentum, when your team clicks, when the business hums. So here’s your reflection for the week: Where in your company, or even in your own role, are you missing one of these three? Because once you’re honest about it, every people decision becomes simpler, faster, and far less emotional. Keep building your dream team, -Casey 🎯Real Talk - We’ve all kept a coach because “the kids love them,” while ignoring the fact that warm-ups look like recess and spotting looks like a safety hazard. Or we’ve hired someone who swore they were “all in”… until it came time to cover Saturday classes. Here’s the deal: if they don’t get it, want it, and have the capacity, no amount of shadowing, staff meetings, or pep talks will fix it. Clarity saves your sanity… and your programs.
- 018: The Sweet Spot Between Chaos and Order
I’ll be the first to admit it. I used to live (and thrive) in chaos. There was something exciting about it. The constant fire-fighting, the pressure, the feeling that I was the one who could swoop in and solve the impossible problem the fastest. (Or the best 😆.) I think my body may have become dependent on the adrenaline I experienced as a gymnast and coach. It made me feel alive and productive. But over time, I started noticing something. That same chaos I was thriving in… was also draining me and the others around me. And as my company grew, what once felt like strength became a liability. And I see it in others now too. People who are capable, incredibly hard-working, have vision, and can solve problems in the moment but they’re constantly overwhelmed, always putting out fires, and living in an unhealthy state of chaos. That’s when Jordan Peterson’s idea of chaos and order clicked for me. Chaos is creativity, possibility, and adaptability. Order is structure, stability, and systems. Both are necessary. But too much chaos, and you burn out. Too much order, and you stagnate. When your business (or your life) is small, thriving on chaos alone can work. It feels good to run on adrenaline and figure things out as they come. But as you grow, chaos without order starts working against you. You need both. Here are three shifts that helped me (and might help you, too): Systematize what you repeat. If you’ve solved the same problem twice, it’s time for a process. Slow down to go fast. An hour spent creating order saves ten hours down the road. For me, Sunday evenings are my “look ahead” to get prepped for the week. Use chaos as a tool, not a lifestyle. Tap into your quick problem-solving when needed, but don’t let it run the show. And know the difference. The real growth comes from learning to dance between chaos and order, knowing when to harness creativity and when to lean into structure. So let me ask you: Do you naturally lean toward chaos or order? Hit reply and tell me, I’d love to know. From the edge of chaos and the heart of order, -Casey PS. This “My Ideal Week” structure from Michael Hyatt was a game changer! 🎯Real Talk - If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably convinced yourself that running around with your hair on fire is a “superpower.” You’re the hero, the firefighter, the adrenaline junkie keeping everything afloat. But here’s the truth: sometimes that chaos isn’t a badge of honor… it’s just bad planning. (Yep, I said it.) Ever celebrated pulling off a last-minute miracle, then realized you’re only in that situation because you forgot to prep in the first place? Ouch. Chaos makes you feel alive. Order keeps you from losing your mind. The real win is when you learn how to play both sides without burning out, or burning down the house.
- 017: Doors Don’t Open Themselves
I’ve been living in leadership mode lately, both as a mom of a brand-new high school freshman and as a leader of leaders preparing for our annual retreat. What started as a “life lesson” talk with my daughter, Scarlet, quickly crossed over into the same theme with my leadership team: looking for the right people to invest in and develop. With Scarlet, my goal was simple: to teach her that her choices, now as a high schooler and a brand-new employee (she just applied to be a birthday party host last week!), carry more weight than when she was younger. Her actions are like keys. They either open doors to her future or lock them. And at work? It’s the same thing. A few years ago, I watched a young employee make a decision I’ll never forget. We were slammed. Everyone had more than enough to do. This employee could’ve clocked out right on time, and nobody would’ve batted an eye. But instead, they noticed a mess that wasn’t “theirs” to clean up, and they jumped in anyway. No extra pay. No complaints. Just quiet action.(And let’s be real - quiet action is rare. Most of us at least sigh dramatically first. 😉) Fast forward: when a new position opened up, guess whose name came up first? Yep. Exactly. That one small decision opened a door, and the leadership team never forgot it. That’s the thing about decisions: they’re really doors. Some swing wide open into new hallways of possibility. Others slam shut and keep us stuck. Here’s how it plays out: Saying “that’s not my job” ? 🚪Closed door. Offering help before being asked? 🚪Open door. Keeping score of who owes who? 🚪Closed door. Giving first, even in small ways? 🚪Open door. The funny thing is, those open-door choices don’t usually pay off right away. But over time, they build trust, credibility, and momentum. And those are the exact things that lead to bigger opportunities, better pay, and long-term growth. So here’s your fix for this week: Ask yourself: “Is this choice opening a door…or closing one?” Because the hallway of opportunity is endless if you keep choosing to open the next door. Opportunity’s knocking. Open it, -Casey 🎯Real talk - Every manager knows this moment: It’s 9:00 p.m. Half the staff is already out the door. The chalk bucket is upside down, the lobby looks like a Goldfish cracker crime scene, and parent emails are already lighting up your phone. Who do you remember? The one who grabs the vacuum, not the one who grabs their keys. That’s the difference between being on the schedule and being on the list for the next opportunity.
- 016: Everything is Figureoutable.
It’s the moment every owner dreads. The great employee, hardworking, kind, experienced, seemingly impossible to replace, gives notice. And of course… it’s August. Gut punch. That happened to us last week. And this week? We’re in hustle mode to prevent fall-out. These are the hardest moments, when you don’t know if it’s even possible to fix. But here’s the truth: it always gets fixed . Years ago, I decided my real job wasn’t just running the business. It was teaching others how to solve the hardest problems. Because everything really is figureoutable . And in this tough moment, here’s what I’m grateful for, the things that make challenges like this a little easier to manage: Hiring on values first. We hired her for her character and core value fit. That matters now, because she gave us a month to get things in order. She didn’t have to, but she cares about the families and the company. Flexible coaching model. We intentionally build part-time roles so coaches can balance family life. It’s harder to manage, yes, but it means others can step up in small, meaningful ways when gaps happen. Change IS the job. My leaders know before they step in: this role is about solving problems. Change isn’t a disruption, it’s the work. The Frankenstein method is OK. Filling a gap temporarily may cause a short-term dip in quality, but it’s necessary for long-term growth. Not every solution has to be forever. Sometimes people are happy to step up for a season. Recruiting is everyone’s job. Athletes, parents, the bubbly spin instructor, anyone could be your next great coach. Start the conversation: “You’d be a great coach!” And don’t forget referral bonuses. So what’s next? Just like breaking down a skill, you’ve got to break down the plan. Don’t keep it all in your head, write it out and KEEP it! Call it the “drawing board” because it’s what you have to go back to. Start here: Coaching schedule (by event) Admin duties (with deadlines) List of current coaches available at the same time List of coaches at other locations + their schedules Past applicants Former coaches Local judges, dance instructors, strength and conditioning coaches (someone that can take a rotation) Places you’ve hired from before (hold on to this list): LinkedIn, Indeed, classifieds, etc. Job postings where they’ve worked before It’s not easy. It never is. But everything is figureoutable . (my word 😉) We’ve got this, -Casey PS. THIS is the very reason NinjaZone was created as a PROGRAM that people could see value in first. Coaches will always be the heart of our businesses, but having a program that kids will stay for during a coaching change… that’s important. 🎯 Real Talk - When a star coach gives notice, the first thought is usually: “Cool, cool… everything’s fine. Totally fine.” But here’s the truth: it happens to everyone. Coaches move, life changes, people chase new dreams. It’s not personal, it’s just the gig. So give yourself one solid sulk, eat the emergency chocolate, then pull out the drawing board. Because you’ve got this. And if not, well… we’ll figure it out together.
- 015: Why Leaving Work Makes Us Better at Work
This week I’m wrapping up the agenda for our annual off-site leadership retreat. This year, we’re trying out a new lake cabin spot the week after Labor Day. Honestly, it’s one of my favorite times of year to pause, reset, and get intentional before the busy seasons kick in. I’ve been reading a couple of books lately that really shifted my perspective, and I can’t wait to share how they tie into the way we run our business…and why we even started doing these retreats in the first place. Here’s the thing: an offsite retreat isn’t just a “nice-to-have” getaway. It’s essential. In EOS, there’s this principle that says you can’t work on the business if you’re always in the business. And it’s true. Day-to-day operations are nonstop. It’s nearly impossible to think big, solve big, and plan big when your brain is full of urgent fires. That’s where the magic of the offsite comes in. It gives us: Space to see clearly - A new environment = fresh perspective. Time for the big picture - Vision, goals, and key issues without interruptions. A reset for alignment - Making sure we’re all rowing in the same direction. Stronger relationships - Because the better we know each other, the better we work together. We also tie our retreats into our quarterly team-building, focusing on one core value at a time. Our values aren’t just words on a wall - they guide how we hire, fire, communicate, and make decisions. Take FUN, for example. It’s our #1 value, which means it’s never an afterthought. Someone is always making sure it’s built into what we do (and yes, it’s not always me, LOL). It’s not fluff, it’s culture. It’s what makes people love being here. So when we step away together, it’s not just about getting work done. It’s about building trust, strengthening alignment, and making sure our team is ready for whatever comes next. See you at the retreat, -Casey 🎯 Real Talk - Let’s be honest, if we never step away from the day-to-day, we start to lose sight of why we’re even doing all this in the first place. We get stuck in email purgatory, living off cold coffee, and measuring success by how many fires we put out before lunch. That’s not strategy - that’s survival. An offsite gives us a chance to breathe, zoom out, and actually think bigger than “what’s due tomorrow.” And yeah, sometimes those conversations get messy or uncomfortable. But that’s the good stuff. That’s where growth actually happens. And no, we’re not heading to the lake to sit around a campfire singing kumbaya (though… never say never). We do retreats so when the big waves hit, we’re all paddling in the same direction. If you never leave the weeds, don’t be surprised when all you can see is weeds. 🌱
- 014: The System That Keeps Us Growing (Without Losing Our Minds)
Lately I’ve had quite a few club owners reach out and ask how we’ve grown, and how we’ve managed to add new programs (and even new locations) without completely burning out. Most of them want “more,” but they’re nervous. They’re already maxed out, and the idea of adding anything feels impossible. There are a hundred ways to approach that problem, but here’s my short answer: an operational management system. For us, that’s EOS (with our own flavor), but there are plenty of others out there. If you’ve been to NinjaCon , you might remember we’ve even done workshops on it. And actually, this very Weekly Fix is built on one of EOS’s core practices, the once-a-week “L10” meeting. EOS® strengthens the Six Key Components ™ of your business in Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction. I first learned about EOS in 2018 at a local business group meeting ( Entrepreneurs Organization ). At the time, I was putting out fires all day, every day, and so were my key people. I hated asking them to take on more because I was already guilty of not delegating well. So I took a chance: I asked one of the most thorough, sharp, and organized people on my team to learn EOS and implement it for us. We treated it like a one-time project and agreed on a flat-fee pay structure so we could test it without much risk. Fast forward to today, she’s still here, and EOS is the framework we run on. We’ve gotten better and better at it, and it’s still evolving. Here’s why we use it: We get on the same page . Everyone knows the vision and how we’re getting there. We work on the right things . Rocks, scorecards, and meeting rhythms keep us focused. We solve problems for good . No more Band-Aids or endless debates. Everyone gets to win. Clear roles, measurable success, and plenty of chances to celebrate. And it’s not about more rules or meetings. It’s about using our time, energy, and brainpower for the things that actually matter. EOS keeps us moving in the same direction, at the same pace, without all the chaos. Simply put: EOS is our playbook. The more we use it, the more we win as a team. Thanks for leaning in and making it part of how we work every day. Let’s keep growing, - Casey 🎯 Real Talk - If every week feels like a never-ending game of whack-a-mole, you’re not alone ... we’ve all been there. It’s not because you’re bad at your job. It’s because you’re trying to grow without a game plan. A good system is like finally finding the “easy” button - - it lines everyone up, keeps priorities straight, and stops us from chasing every shiny distraction. The right playbook doesn’t just keep things organized. It saves our sanity, gives our teams breathing room, and makes growth feel a lot less like chaos… and a lot more like we actually know what we’re doing. 🤪 POV: me trying to handle everything life has to throw at me at once.
- 013: "Gossip is a fireable offense!"
Many years ago, I took a leadership course from Dave Ramsey, and there’s one line that’s stuck with me ever since: “Gossip is a fireable offense. Period.” Sounds intense, right? But when you’re building a strong, trust-filled culture like we are, gossip is poison. Dave defined gossip as this: Gossip = negative talk without a proposed solution. That definition changed the game for me. I’ve used it for over a decade at Wright’s and NinjaZone, and it’s been a huge part of protecting our culture from the slow leak of negativity that can sneak in when we’re not paying attention. Still, even with great people and good intentions, gossip can creep in - especially if there aren’t clear channels for communication or problem-solving. So what do we do? How do we stop gossip in the moment without being awkward, condescending, or shaming someone who just wants to vent? I’ve got you. 🤜🏼💥🤛🏼 Here are some real-life strategies you can use right away: 1. The Friendly Redirect “Ahhh, I hear you. Have you had a chance to bring that up with [person/manager]? I bet they’d want to know.” Keeps the convo positive Empowers problem-solving Moves the energy forward 2. The Solution Shift “Totally valid. What do you think we could do to make it better?” Recognizes the issue Encourages ownership Flips the script to action 3. The “Team Vibe” Reminder “Let’s figure this out in a way that protects the vibe. We’re all on the same team.” Soft but clear Puts culture first Pulls everyone back into alignment 4. The Light-Hearted Pivot “Uh-oh, this is sounding a little gossipy 😅 ... let’s be the crew that talks to people, not about them.” Non-threatening humor Honest without being harsh Reinforces expectations without drama This isn’t about being the gossip police. It’s about being leaders. People who protect the emotional safety of the people around us. People who listen, then lead. People who help others feel heard while also nudging them toward what’s next. So next time something feels off in the breakroom or on the gym floor… pause. Smile. Shift. We’re building something big here. Let’s protect it together. 💛 With love (and high standards), - Casey 🎯 Real Talk - Ever just want to heat up your leftovers between classes… and suddenly you’re stuck in an episode of Keeping up with the Coaches . 🍿 It usually kicks off with: “Not trying to gossip, but…” (spoiler: yes, they are) “Don’t tell anyone I said this…” (translation: I really want you to tell someone) Or the classic, “Can you believe…?” (yes, yes we can). [We laugh...but you know exactly what I’m talking about. 😉] Here’s the truth: in the moment, gossip can feel satisfying . Like you’ve just scored VIP access to the behind-the-scenes drama. But afterward? The vibe tanks, trust takes a hit, and suddenly everyone’s side-eyeing each other like we’re voting someone off the island. Ugh. That’s where you come in. Those redirect lines? They’re your remote control. You get to flip the channel - - from drama to solutions. Same breakroom, way better show. So next time, let’s leave the plot twists to Netflix. We’ve got something way better to build. 💛
- 012: The Back to School Wave
Let’s talk patterns. Not polka dots or Pinterest boards. I mean the real-life rhythms that run the show. Sleep cycles. School calendars. Stress spikes. Tides. Hormones. Full moons. Freak-outs. You name it. After 30+ years of coaching and parenting alongside families, I’ve seen this one a million times: The Back-to-School Wave It rolls in every single year .New routines. New teachers. New pressures. Schedules flip. Expectations rise. And stress? It doesn’t tiptoe in…it crashes . Kids want to quit. Parents lose patience. Coaches feel the tension. And nobody really knows why - - except now you do. This isn’t chaos. It ’s a pattern. And once we name the pattern, we can lead through it , instead of just reacting to it. As leaders (whether you’re a parent, coach, or mentor) our job is to spot it coming and help others ride the wave. Here’s how: Talk about it - “Hey, this time of year can be tough. Totally normal.” Prep the people - Give your team (or your kids) a heads-up: change is coming. Don’t take it personally - Stress often shows up as attitude. Deep breaths. Bring the calm - You set the tone. Be the lighthouse, not the roller-coaster. Here’s the kicker: Patterns make life easier, once we spot them. The hard part? Pretending every challenge is brand new. It ’s not. It’s a wave. And waves always pass. So let’s lead like surfers: Balanced. Alert. Laughing even when we fall off the board. You’ve got this. And more importantly, your people need you to know this. Keep leading, - Casey 🎯 Real Talk - Every year, back‑to‑school season sneaks up on families. And every year we’re reminded: kids (and parents!) don’t magically adjust overnight. By Day 2, something's already missing a lid, socks have mysteriously disappeared, and someone’s crying in the carpool line (sometimes the kids, sometimes us). Here’s the truth: they don’t need us to fix the storm. They just need us to be steady enough to get them through it - preferably with coffee in hand and a sense of humor intact. Before: Straight outta Pinterest. After: Straight outta the first day of school. 😆 🙃 🤪 😂 📸: https://www.upworthy.com/parents-share-hilarious-before-and-after-pictures-of-their-kids-first-day-of-school

The best part? It’s FUN! For Community Centers, NinjaZone isn’t just another youth fitness program - it’s an experience. The moment kids walk into a NinjaZone class, you can see their eyes light up. They’re immediately drawn to the warped walls, obstacles, beams, bars, all designed to challenge them in ways that make movement feel like an adventure rather than a chore. 📍Warminster YMCA - Warminster, PA The “Wow” Factor in Action So, what makes NinjaZone such a game-changer for Community Centers? Creating a Competitive Edge With more choices for youth activities than ever before, Centers need to stand out.
