Uhhh...This post hit me hard because I always underestimate how much water I need during the day. I didn’t even realize headaches can be a sign of dehydration until I read this. I’ve been trying to drink more lately and primo water has actually helped me stay consistent. It’s crazy how your body gives small warnings before things get serious. Honestly, I’m going to pay more attention now, especially when I’m at the gym.
